About: Salesforce is an advanced CRM and retail management software which helps retailers to track performance, optimize sales and manage customer relations. There are various features such as intuitive performance dashboard, real time data insights, customizable reports and analytics, basket analytics, advanced sales management and payment optimization tools.

Issues: 

There were various problems such as retailers with niche requirements lack the out of box functionalities which leads to gaps in usability. The software has issues in handling high volumes of data and user interactions. With that, basket analytics lack upselling opportunities, product pairing, and customer preferences.

Solutions:

To resolve the issues, we build modular functionalities, allowing retailers to configure workflows, dashboards, reports and create templates for specific retail scenarios. We migrated the system to cloud architecture in order to handle high traffic, optimized backend processes and reduce data query load time.

Moreover, we integrated AI-driven analytics to show granular insights like customer buying patterns, basket abandonment triggers and product recommendations. We designed the reporting interface for easier report creation and pre-loaded dashboards with key retail metrics that help to reduce setup time.
