Issues:
The Trip Trap’s interface was not good, it was overly functional and also lacked engaging visuals. Not just this but it also lacked the modern touch in the design. Additionally, the website’s backend infrastructure was not properly optimized due to which it was not able to handle increased traffic or new features.
Solutions:
We implemented a modern and responsive design that boosted the visual interface of the Trip Trap website. To simplify users navigation, we developed interactive dashboards and clean layouts for tools. We also optimized the back end infrastructure enabling it to handle high traffic. The changes we made improved the user engagement of the website along with reduced the bounce rates and overall boost the user satisfaction. Additionally, the tool responsiveness becomes faster with zero downtime during high traffic times.
