Refund Policy:

We deliver exceptional services and understand that there may be some conditions when you can request for a refund. The refund is applicable if the services were not delivered as agreed upon and a problem arises due to some errors from our side. 

Non-Refundable Services:

There are some services that are not refundable which includes the services that have been fully completed or delivered already or the one time or custom services especially adjusted as per your requirements.

Partial Refund:

If a specific section of services is initiated or delivered, then we can issue the partial refund based on the work completed.

Cancellation Policy:

We are well aware that plans can change so we provide a flexible cancellation policy to fulfill your needs:

  • You can request for cancellation of services by contacting us at [email protected]
  • You have to request for cancellation of services at least 48 hours prior to the start date of service.
  • For late cancellations, we can make the changes to cover up the already done work or resources allocated
  • You can cancel the recurring services at any time but the refunds will not be given for the billing cycle in which you request for cancellation.

Refund Processing:

When the refund is approved, we will provide your payment back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Once the refund has been processed, you will get a confirmation email. 

Exceptions:

We have the right to deny the cancellation or refund requests if you misuse or violate our terms of services or failed to provide sufficient notice as highlighted in this refund policy.
